Dynamic minorities seem to be losing their social legitimacy and the political sidewalk their appeal, due to overconsumption, for a people living in the darkness of the pandemic. SYRIZA Haritsis deputy was “informed” that “the police have attacked a peaceful demonstration of KKE supporters”. He demanded that “the accused be released”! (Again, it is good that they were released before sunset and that the man was not forced to go to the GADA at midnight, as Alekos Alavanos once went, to demand the release of the “children” who were brought in) .
According to the KKE announcement, there was an orgy of government authoritarianism at a demonstration that exemplified public health measures. But the government ban did not cover any health measures. It was a ban on gathering regardless of size. As for the fact that the government “wants a conflict scenario to hide responsibility for the collapse of the NSS”, the question that arises is why the party helps it in its attempt to disorient people, creating news and television images, knowing that these will they act in television and radio newsletters and on social media?
Furthermore, by what right did they ask to “release the accused”? There is a protocol for every arrest or extradition, and there are the authorized organs of the state to decide. And these don’t include the Prime Minister, ministers, party leaders, coalition or opposition parliamentarians.
Does the secretary of the KKE not know, who made the condition that the accused be released and then the demonstration dissolves? (Incidentally, it was at least amusing for Koutsoubas to ask the police to stay “two meters away, as the law says,” while defending protesters who defiantly violated the same law.)
Didn’t the SYRIZA parliamentarian, who was also interior minister, also know? He knew this, but he brings with him the postcolonial culture of “let the kids go” (Voutsis provided Rubicon with police cars to take them wherever they want).
Yesterday we had a new record with 443 other humans intubated and 63 dead. People are fighting for their lives, they are losing their lives, families are losing their people, businesses are sinking, people are falling into unemployment and depression, their lives have become unstable, their future is uncertain. At the same time, KKE-SYRIZA is playing thieves and cops, and they complain that the police prevented KKE members from carrying out a prohibited march!
Although social media is not representative of society, for the first time KKE has been treated with so much anger and disrespect – SYRIZA has been receiving it for a long time.
People are tired of the constant absurdity, to the point of not having commissioned Koutsoubas or Tsipras to represent it. If the KKE had wanted its defenders, it would have already handed over the administration of the country to them, or it would have kept Tsipras in power.
