What are the differences one week after giving birth? Let’s take stock with the cartographic tools of Public health France.

What is the circulation status of Covid-19 in your city on November 14, 2020? A cartographic tool put online by Santé Publique France makes it possible to know the incidence rates by municipality. It is recalled, over 250 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, the exceeding of the maximum alert threshold.

Emmanuel Macron and the government is also preparing for de-confinement. The head of state is expected to speak to the French again next week to announce new measures to get out of this second prison.

More than 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants: less common affected

In this map shown here, the black-colored cities show incidence rates of more than 1,000 cases per 100,000.

We can notice it the virus circulates less : the number of municipalities affected by this incidence rate is decreasing.

We can mention, on November 14: Kemplich (Moselle), Langatte (Moselle), Grand (Vosges), Jouaville (Meurthe-et-Moselle – the only municipality in the department also affected) or even Harville (Meuse). Only rural municipalities are affected by these incidence rates.

From 500 to 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants: more dispersed municipalities

The situation has also improved considerably for the threshold of 500 to 1,000 cases per 100,000, according to Public Health France.

Thus, the cities of Thionville, Yutz, Metz, Woippy, Hayange, Gandrange, Rombas, Mondelange, Talange, Maizières-lès-Metz, Moulins-lès-Metz, Peltre, Clouange, Hauconcourt they are no longer worried.

Particularly affected municipalities in the north of the Moselle

On the other hand, in north of the Moselle The municipalities are most affected in a particular week: Guénange, Metzervisse, Richemont, Knutange, Boulange, Semécourt, Bronvaux.

Some municipalities on the border with Luxembourg are also affected, a country that has not been redefined: Audun-le-Tiche, Crusnes, Mexy, Errouville.

In Meurthe-et-Moselle, in the Nancy basin we can mention Pulnoy, Pompey, Rosières-en-Haye. In Vosges, far less common are affected. We can still see a very active circulation of Covid-19 in Châtel-sur-Moselle, Docelles, Fraize, Xonrupt-Longemer.

From 250 to 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants: the metropolitan areas of Metz, Epinal and Thionville

Traffic decreased in the major cities of Lorraine. So, those of Metz, Thionville or Epinal show an incidence rate of 250 to 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

These include: Thionville, Yutz, Hayange, Algrange, Manom, Hagondange, Amnéville, Florange, Terville, Talange, Ennery, Marange-Silvange, Metz, Woippy, Maizières-lès-Metz, Montigny, Longeville, Rombas, Saulny, La Maxe, Saint-Julien.

In the agglomeration of Nancy, where the virus is also in decline, the following are affected: Laxou, Bouxières-aux-Dames, Liverdun, Neuves-Maisons, Chavigny, Messin.

Epinal and its agglomeration are also affected by this level of circulation of the virus.

In Meuse, these incidence rates also apply to Commercy.

Municipalities below the maximum alert threshold: from 50 to 250 cases per 100,000 inhabitants

Many municipalities are now below the maximum alert threshold.

So in metropolis and the Nancy basin, the circulation of the virus decreased very rapidly after recontainment. Interested are: Nancy, Maxéville, Malzéville, Saint-Max, Seichamps, Frouard, Art-sur-Meurthe, Maron, Chaligny, Ludres, Vandeuvre-lès-Nancy, Fléville, Heillecourt, Jarville-la-Malgrange.

We can quote elsewhere in Meurthe-et-Moselle : Lunéville, Toul, Dieulouard, Val de Briey, Mont-Saint-Martin.

In Moselle : Boulay, the entire basin of the Château Salins, Sarreguemines, Creutzwald, Freyming.

In Vosges : Saint-Dié, Corcieux, Val d’Ajol, La Bresse, Neufchâteau.

In Meuse : Bar-le-Duc, Saint-Mihiel and Verdun.

Less than 50 cases per 100,000 inhabitants: many more municipalities affected

Another sign of improvement in the situation: the much greater number of municipalities where the incidence rate is less than 50 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

In Lorraine, we can mention Villers-lès-Nancy, Houdemont, Kanfen, Hauconcourt, Baccarat, Le Toly and hundreds of other smaller cities.

There are also municipalities, still very small, where the virus hardly circulates or no longer with incidence rates of less than 10-20 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
