“Chrome is extending its support for Windows 7 until at least January 15, 2022. This is a 6-month extension from the previously reported July 15, 2021,” Google says in its statement.

As shown in the graph above, 21% of companies whose PC fleet used Windows 7 are still migrating to Windows 10. Despite Microsoft’s end of support, Windows 7 is proving difficult, however, 78% of companies have already switched to Windows 10.
