Tsushima ghost became the original game of PlayStation 4 best-selling console, reaching 5 million copies worldwide. This is how the boss of Play station, Hermen Hulst, via his Twitter account.
The game went on PS4 in July, so 5 million copies sold are a real record worth singing about. However, it’s not the best-selling game in PS4 history.
Other titles like The Last of Us Part IIIt sold 4 million units in just three days, but it wasn’t a PlayStation-exclusive game, so it doesn’t count. The closest exclusive is Horizon: Zero Dawn, which sold 3.4 million copies in just 4 months.

Tsushima ghost is a third person action adventure game with a vast open world that players can explore freely. Set in 1274 on the homonymous island of Tsushima, the story revolves around the last samurai, Jin Sakai (Daisuke Tsuji) during the first Mongol invasion of Japan, and the trailer released by Sucker Punch Productions. Jin Sakai will have to follow the path of the Phantom to defeat the Mongol forces and fight for the freedom and independence of Japan.
It is known that Sucker Punch could develop the second part of Tsushima ghost exclusively for PlayStation 5.
