The Season 5 of the Battle Pass from Fortnite Chapter 2 started on Wednesday 2 December 2020. With it brought new challenges, renamed as missions. In this section of our complete guide from Fortnite Battle Royale we list all missionsand we provide you with the respective links to their individual guides, if any. Let’s go there!
Fortnite Season 5: what are the missions? Where are the challenges?
As we discussed in the introductory paragraph, missions replace challenges. Some of these missions are limited in nature. This is they expire after a certain time, and it is impossible to complete them. However, other missions will remain active and available throughout the season until we complete them, just like the old weekly challenges.
Missions, like items, have a rarity determined by the reward they give and the difficulty of the task at hand:
- Common: white color
- Uncommon: green color
- Rare: blue color
- Epic: purple color
- Legendary: Orange color
The rarer the mission, the harder it will be to complete it, but it will give us better rewards.
Fortnite Season 5: Mandalorian Beskar missions
- Visit the Razor Crest (0/1)
- Get Commendations from Weapons Specialist (0/5) – Unlocks upon reaching level 15
- ???? – Unlocks upon reaching level 29
- ???? – Unlocked upon reaching level 41
- ???? – Unlocks upon reaching level 60
- ???? – Unlocks upon reaching level 73
- ???? – Unlocked upon reaching level 83
- ???? – Unlocked upon reaching level 100
The Beskar missions are unlocking pieces of Beskan armor for him Mandalorian leather. To unlock them all, we have to level up as we play.

- Step 1 of 3 – Discover Nominated Positions (0/5)
The epic missions of Week 1 Fortnite Chapter 2 Battle Pass Season 5 has been activated Wednesday 2 December 2020, right at the start of the season.
