A Taiwanese man who bought the brand new PlayStation 5 (PS5) console, which launched just a few days ago, had to sell the device after being discovered by his wife, who allegedly lied to believe it was an air purifier.

Jin Wu, the buyer of the second-hand item, said in a message posted on Facebook on Nov.21 that he had chosen the cheapest deal he could find that day. Although it caught his attention that the owner of the device was so eager to sell it.

The vendor turned out to be a middle-aged man who, according to Wu, one glance was enough to see what it was all about. a big fan of video games.

Subject clarified that he managed to purchase the PS5 through an online store, before they sold out almost instantly, but when asked if he had reserved two units and was now selling the one he had left, he said no.
