Ontario is emulating New Brunswick and is retiring a series of seasonal flu vaccines as a preventative measure after three adults develop unusual symptoms.
Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada have launched an investigation.
The recall comes as Ontario continues its largest flu vaccination campaign in its history.
The demand is also so strong that there is a shortage of vaccines in several places.
