The Greek press announces that Serbian central defender Bogdan Planic (28) has won the case with his former team, FCSB, at the Sports Arbitration Tribunal of Laussane and has been chosen with a handsome sum of money: 60,000 euros!

Greek journalists of “sndn.gr“announces that Bogdan Planic has defeated Gigi Becali, the owner of FCSB, at TAS, and has received compensation from 60,000 euros. The Serbian was very close to arriving at AEK Athens a few months ago, but Becali has threatened the Greek team with a lawsuit in which he will seek compensation of € 10 million if this happens.

Then, AEK Athens officials backed off, even though they had reached a verbal agreement with the player. As a result, Bogdan Planic continued to look for a new team, convinced he could not lose the case at TAS with FCSB. Eventually, he signed with Israel’s Maccabi Haifa team, for which he has scored five games so far.

Bogdan Planic, angry at Gigi Becali’s decision!

Bogdan Planic still had a contract with FCSB until June 2021. Dissatisfied with Becali’s decision to put the players in technical unemployment, the Serbian defender broke the contract with the Romanian Cup holder, considering that the two months of unemployment were, in fact, months of unpaid work, thus violating Becali’s contract.

Gigi Becali challenged the method by which Planic broke his contract with the FCSB and stated that he would never give up on this fight. Thus, the club that will sign with the Serbian defender will wake up with a lawsuit by Gigi Becali, from which the holder of the rossoblues hopes to obtain compensation of ten million euros.

I am 100% that I will win (without proof) if I have signed a contract with him. We will see the dispute. If I signed the contract, how can he be right? They get 10 million from them, or they quit football and don’t get anything. But if he plays football, any team pays him 10 million (no – euro)“, Gigi Becali transmitted, a few months ago.
