The “Fiery Eye” lab currently has four separate labs with approximately 40 employees. In another laboratory, reagents and chemicals are prepared for the analysis itself. The third laboratory makes the nucleic acid fraction and extracts the genetic material of the virus, which is the third security level laboratory, where employees also work in space suits. When the work in the third laboratory is completed, the plate is transferred to the fourth laboratory, placed in a PCR machine and the results are subsequently output. Jovanovic is particularly proud that since the opening of the laboratory in May until today, no employee has been infected with the coronavirus.
