Prof. Johannes George Wexler revealed that dark chocolate is good for health, as it contains more cocoa and less sugar.
The German clinical dietician said that dark chocolate slowly raises blood sugar. They lead to feelings of satiety faster, thus reducing attacks of extreme hunger.
Thanks to its low sugar content, dark chocolate reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes. It also works to reduce high cholesterol values.
Fexler noted the importance of the dose. Where it is good to eat dark chocolate every day at the rate of 20 grams with a cocoa percentage of 70, 80 or 90%.
