“There has been a lot of Federation-level discussions on this issue. We have a model from England, where the League, not the Federation, has this control. Romanian legislation does not allow neither LPF nor FRF, such an intervention. Any club in the country behaves like any commercial company. The only control we can have is what we do, spring on licensing and fall on financial monitoring.
As I was informed by those on the oversight committee, the Dinamo club has paid off all its debts, so that it does not end up being overtaken. Therefore, financial resources were found“, Răzvan Burleanu said at a press conference.
