[ad_1]

We now know when Season 22 will start in Diablo 3. The date Blizzard has now officially set is still November. These changes are in patch 2.6.10.

When does season 22 start? As announced by Blizzard, the new season of Diablo 3 starts on November 20, 2020. This is a Friday as usual. If the start goes smoothly, PC players should enjoy the season from 5pm.

Due to the start times of the last few seasons, it can be assumed that season 22 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S and Nintendo Switch will start at 2:00 am on November 21st.

Season 21 ends November 8, 2020.

But what content, changes and gifts does the new season of Diablo 3 offer? We’ll show you the changes in the patch notes here.

The seasonal theme: called shadow clones

The new season 22 is called “Shadow of the Nephalem” and its name already gives a rough idea of what the topic has to offer.

Whenever you activate a shrine or pylon in season 22, the game creates a shadow clone of your class.

The reddish figure in the upper right of the image is the shadow clone of the demon hunter

How strong is it? Clones adapt to your character. The stronger you are, the stronger the clone. The shadow will then fight by your side for a minute. He might even die sooner.

In the following gallery we show you all the builds that will equip the clones of the respective classes. There are three builds per class clone.

The second bonus: In addition to these shadow clones, another bonus awaits you in season 22. It ensures that Kanai’s cube gives you a fourth place.

In this fourth place you can activate any property, regardless of weapon, armor or jewelry. It should be noted, however, that it is not possible to activate the same bonus twice in the cube. So you can’t activate the In-Geom bonus twice.

Cosmetic rewards in S22: up for grabs

What’s new? When you complete the Season 22 Season Journey, you can expect two more cosmetic rewards. This time it is the frame of the “Lost Civilization” portrait and a new companion. “Die Cain-Chronic” is the name of the bearded mobile phone book that will accompany you on your adventures.

What other rewards are there? With season 17, Blizzard first introduced that you can earn cosmetic rewards from old seasons. This way you can earn rewards from S10 to S22 if you don’t already have them. These are:

  • Head and shoulder protectors from the exclusive Conqueror set
  • a series of portraits to match the black soul stone
  • The narrator’s flag

You can also unlock these rewards from Season 10 to Season 22

Haedrig’s Gift: These are your starter sets

What is this? If you work during the seasonal journey with its various tasks in season 22, you will be rewarded with set parts. During the stages of the journey, you should kill some bosses, such as key keepers, train your craftsmen, and do a lot of things you would anyway.

As a great reward, a full class set invites you when you complete the seasonal journey in stages 2, 3 and 4. There are certain parts of the set for each completion of these three stages, so that after stage 4 you will have the set business suit. Note that you must open gifts for all of them with the same class to receive a full set.

The content of the gifts always depends on the class with which you open the gifts.

What sets are there? In season 22 the distribution looks like this:

As you can see, these are all the sets that have been released for classes in the last few seasons. So, if you’ve missed a few months with Diablo 3, you have a lot to discover here.
