Diet for diabetes: how to prepare it Kala Chana Soup

Ingredients:
1 cup of boiled Kala chana
2 cups Kala chana paani or warehouse
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1-inch ginger, finely chopped
1 cup of chopped beans
1 cup of chopped carrots
1 cup of chopped tomato
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of cumin powder
A pinch of red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of cooking oil
Recipe:
1. Take a pot or pan and heat the oil.
2. Add the garlic and sauté until just slightly brown.
3. Now add the ginger and mix well for about a minute or two.
4. Add all the vegetables except the tomatoes and spices and stir constantly until well blended. Make sure the flame is over medium heat.
5. Add the tomatoes, then the Kala chana and the broth and mix well for 3-4 minutes.
6. Leave to cook for 4-5 minutes.
7. Serve hot with a garnish of fresh coriander leaves.
