Bratislava, 11 Aug. (TABLET.TV) – After the new the total scope of the service will be clearly determined, which means that the day hospital will have to be open for at least eight hours every day. Individually, the scope of the service can be adapted to the needs of individual customers, but for at least four hours a day. People of the third degree of dependence will be entitled to this service.
The planned changes will also affect day hospital staff. Therefore, a maximum of five customers will be able to belong to a new employee, while at least 80% of employees will need to have professional training.

Compliance with all these conditions will be controlled by the Autonomous Region, but also by the control office of the Ministry of Labor. The amendment to the law will be applied in practice from 1 January 2017.
