In this new role, Hunter will provide strategic direction relating to CoinPayments’ ongoing expansion and growth activities.
Among his many successes, Hunter has transformed secure electronic payments company Ukash into a global player through expansion to 67 countries. Ukash was sold in 2015 to CVC Partners. He has also held leadership positions at BT ePayments, ClickandBuy Europe and Paysafecard UK. Most recently, Hunter was named chairman of the board of directors of the Emerging Payments Association. He is also chairman of the board of directors of Pannovate and K Wearables, both of which are cutting-edge fintech companies focused on payments.
