SEOUL, South Korea, November 5, 2020 / PRNewswire / – As the number of international students looking to study abroad in Korea, the nation that is leading the world in its effort to fight COVID-19, the blockchain-based and digital-based international student matching platform is becoming popular. The platform suggests technological alternatives to ensure the security of online application processes, replacing traditional in-person services, including K-study consulting abroad and sending documents.

For this, Dain Leaders entered the verification process through the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA), a national institution that certifies software quality and security standards. The platform’s blockchain data integrity, data storage, DB stability, outage recovery capability, and blockchain capacity and security will be tested. For this, Hanyang University provided a test bed and 2,000 applications from overseas students, including graduate certifications and transcripts as a collaborative effort to develop and test the digital certification and history management platform for admissions officers.

The certification test will examine 10 areas of quality and performance and 15 areas related to blockchain functions. The test environment will include a server using general CPU, blockchain server and nodded and will aim to achieve 20 TPS. While TPS is not the perfect variable for measuring blockchain performance, it is essential to ensure a certain level of block processing speed and TPS to ensure the stability of the final product.

“After completing the test from TTA, we hope to launch the product later this year. We hope that many users, including overseas students and university admissions officials, will benefit from the service and do our best to enter the market. Korean colleges and educational institutions can digitally manage the history and admission documents of overseas students through the K-Study Abroad platform without having to develop their own system, “added Lim Mooho, CEO of Dain Leaders.
