From a pair of inversions on Bitcoin and XRP to a new take on the Ethereum and ERC20 tokens, here are some of the stories that intrude into the crypto world.
Bitcoin
After the dramatic decline of 2018, Weiss Ratings states that Bitcoin is now one of the most robust investments in the crypt.
#BTC it's coming at such low levels that it's becoming one of the best buying opportunities of the year. As a store of value, #Bitcoin it's here to stay. We really think it is the least speculative investment that a person can do #crypto right now.

The rating agency, which has provided market research and analysis for consumers and businesses for more than four decades, has not always been so strained on BTC. Already in January, he gave Bitcoin a C + rating in its first cryptic rating index.
Ripple and XRP
Ripple is getting ready for 2019, with Chief Executive Brad Garlinghouse scheduled to speak at the Fintech Forum in Paris on January 29th.
Meanwhile, the eToro social trading platform is clarifying its position on XRP. In a recent video, eToro seemed to suggest operators to diversify their portfolios away from XRP, the second largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization.
After becoming familiar with XRP supporters, the company removed the video, declared its support for XRP, and apologized for any ambiguity in its message.
We would like to take this opportunity to make it clear that we always encourage responsible trading and, in doing so, diversification can be a life-saving wheel in times of downturn in the market – this is even more important if you want to #HODL.

… this diversification does not replace HODL & # 39; ing, but rather is a positive component added to the construction of a more robust investment portfolio.
We hope this helps the #XRPcommunity to better understand where we are.
Thank you,
The eToro team#xrparmy

Cardano
IOHK, Cardano's development and research company, is developing a couple of new tools for smart contracts called Plutus and Marlowe.
The tools are currently being tested and are designed to offer companies an easy way to build on Cardano.
"These powerful tools will enable start-ups, financial services, fintech industries and academics to prepare blockchain contracts that will be executed on Cardano Plutus provides a generic programming language and tools for Cardano …
For non-programmers, Marlowe is a simple way to generate code and create software products. It is an easy-to-use tool that allows financial professionals who have no programming experience to build automated financial contracts on the blockchain. Marlowe has its own web-based testbed, Meadow. "
IOTA
It seems that IOTA has decided on a plan to further decentralize the network by removing the coordinator node of the platform, which plays an important role in securing the network.
According to the independent TangleBlog, IOTA plans to remove the node in 2019 to make the platform "the first project that meets Satoshi's vision but without extracting resources".
Finally it's out. The #IOTA foundation has a specific solution for the coordicide. Centralization in IOTA will go very soon. What then (if everything works as planned) makes IOTA the only one and the first project that satisfies Satoshis' vision, but without extracting it, in 2019.
