Calgary, Alberta and Hong Kong, November 20, 2020 – Today, Crypto.com announced that Canadians can apply for its Crypto.com Visa cards, which will begin shipping to Canada. The addition of Canada further solidifies the status of the Crypto.com Visa Card as the most widely available card of its kind, following launches in Singapore (October ’18), the United States (July ’19) and Europe (April ’20) .
The cards feature a sleek, high-end metal design and are loaded with perks: no annual or monthly fees, no fee ATM withdrawals, no foreign transaction fees, 100% discount for Spotify, Netflix and Amazon Prime, access to airport lounge for selected card levels and up to 8% instantly back in CRO rewards.
Expanding its reach in Canada is a natural next step for Crypto.com, as the country is moving rapidly in its cryptocurrency adoption.

Customers can book a card in the Crypto.com app. After completing the three-minute onboarding process, which includes identity verification, customers can use the App to manage their card, transactions, and lock or unlock their card with a single tap. The app also allows users to securely buy, sell, store, send and track cryptocurrencies, as well as spend cryptocurrency-converted fiat currency without exchange fees.
Notes: Crypto.com Visa cards are loaded with fiat, non-cryptographic assets. All transactions are denominated in fiat currency.
