Diphtheria, tetanus, polio … A total of eleven vaccines have been mandatory in France since 2018. Others, not mandatory, have been added to the list, such as the flu vaccine and soon the coronavirus vaccines.
France, across Europe, has already ordered 90 million doses of vaccines and Emmanuel Macron has announced that the vaccination campaign will begin at the end of December.
But how does vaccination actually work? What is the basis of this medical process, invented in the 18th century, and how does our body react after the bite? We explain everything in the video at the beginning of this article.
