Mark Marleku tested positive for coronavirus on Thursday. All FCL players will be tested on Friday.

(rem) After Mark Marleku showed mild symptoms of illness on Tuesday evening, FC Luzern immediately arranged for a test. This was positive. Marleku is now in quarantine and has had no contact with other team members since Tuesday afternoon, FC Luzern announced Thursday night.

In addition to Mark Marleku, four other players are isolated after consulting the doctor of the canton of Lucerne. Reason: You had “close contact” with Marleku.

On Friday morning FC Luzern will also put all players and first team staff through a test. The training scheduled for Friday at 10.00 can take place regularly after consultation with the cantonal medical service. FC Luzern will play FC Zurich on Saturday night at 19:00 in Letzigrund.
