Before stopping by The Morning Show, Candice talked about her 2007 “bathroom date” with Sonny Bill Williams on Nova FM’s Fitzy and Wippa.

The “trip to the bathroom” saga refers to when Candice was photographed making friends with NRL star Sonny Bill in a toilet in a Sydney hotel 13 years ago, years before she met her husband, the cricketer David Warner.
She admitted she had had enough of “ getting carried away ” into the scandal, particularly in 2018, when South African fans wore masks with Sonny Bill’s face in an attempt to humiliate her and get under David’s skin.
