In its report on Monday, November 16, the CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent reports 4 new cases tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total to 609 since the start of the pandemic.
Two of these cases are found here in the MRC of La Matanie, 1 other in La Mitis and 1 other in the Rimouski-Neigette sector. So far, 501 recovered cases, 13 deaths and no coronavirus-related hospitalizations have been reported. 354 screening tests were carried out on Sunday.
As for the situation after the outbreaks of recent days, the situation remains stable at the Résidence Les Bâtisseurs with 83 cases (62 residents, 18 workers and 3 carers), of which 4 have died.
For the residence of the Sages in via Saint-Jérôme, a new case concerning a user has been announced. A total of 15 cases (13 residents and 2 workers), of which 2 deaths.
