The International Festival of Tourism, the International Film Festival, KEA-CRO (Presentation of Croatian Cities / Places) and the Special Prize Dr. Lucija Cikes are presented each year by Fiscalis, an organization specializing in cultural and tourism marketing, with a tradition of over 45 years. years under the guidance of its founder and current CEO, Vojko Pleština.

Fiscalis is the Croatian partner organization in Bloom since 2016.
In 2018, Communities in Bloom presented the nomination of Sawmill Tea & Coffee to Boissevain-Morton, Manitoba Prize Dr. Lucija Cikes, in recognition of a community that assists people with special needs and challenges.
