because there won’t be a Galaxy Note in 2021

After seeing Apple hit all its goals in terms of better phones with just one annual launch, Samsung seems to want to do the same.

As we approach the upcoming Samsung smartphone launch conference, more and more rumors are circulating on the internet about the Galaxy S21 series of gadgets.

The most important detail on the new terminals is that there will be three, Galaxy S21, S21 + and S21 Ultra. Everything will be revealed on January 12th. In terms of specs, the Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus will be built around a Full HD + panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The diagonals of the screens remain unchanged compared to the situation a year ago. S21 will use a 6.2-inch AMOLED screen, S21 + will use a 6.7-inch AMOLED, while the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will use an LTPO panel with a native resolution of 1440p and a diagonal of 6.8 inches, minus one inch compared to its predecessor.

Unlike any other Galaxy S from the last decade, the S21 Ultra appears to support interaction with the S Pen, the stylus you’ve traditionally seen associated with the Note series. Unfortunately for fans of this accessory, the stylus will not be included in the package, but will need to be purchased separately. Also, you won’t be able to hide it in the phone case, but you will need to get a case from Samsung that can house it without any problems. Sadly, in this form with separately purchased accessories, the S21 Ultra may be the only Note fans will see in 2021.

Unlike build quality, the S21 will have a plastic back, while the S21 Ultra will use glass. Inside, everyone will be using a Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 or a future Samsung-made Exynos 2100 in-house. The pre-installed operating system will be Android 11 disguised as One UI 3.1, while the batteries will be 4000 mAh for the S21, 4800 mAh for the S21 + and 5000 mAh for the S21 Ultra. Prices are unknown at this time.
