Juan Melero was the man who initially controlled the business after which Dinamo passed from Ionuț Negoiță to Pablo Cortacero. Now, after Juan Melero’s retirement, the club was run by Pablo Cortacero, Alex Couto and Dorin Șerdean, but the situation is far from on track.
