Bang & Olufsen announces Golden Collection, a new luxury range of its popular products

In our country, the Golden Collection will be available starting from November 2020, the official month of the anniversary, through ASBIS, the only official Bang & Olufsen distributor for Romania. The Golden Collection products will then be available in ASBIS stores and partner networks – Altex, AVstore, eMAG and Media Galaxy – joining the other products in the Danish company’s portfolio.

Golden Collection celebrates memories created with family and friends, now that everyone spends more time at home. From the design of the Beoplay A9 diffuser to the Bang & Olufsen diffuser – Beolab 90, the products of the Anniversary collection are reinvented with the colors and materials associated with warmth: shades of aluminum and gold, earthy fabrics, sand-colored leather, oak wood and Carrara marble .

Golden Collection consists of nine products:

Beosound Balance (2500 euros) features gold-colored aluminum details, white woven material and a Carrara marble base: this is the first time that Bang & Olufsen has used this type of marble. The organic nature of marble eliminates the existence of two identical diffusers, thus adding a further note of exclusivity.

Beoplay A9 (2750 EUR), a wireless speaker considered a piece of furniture by designers, has a golden aluminum ring, light oak legs and is covered with a sand-colored fabric made by Danish textile manufacturer Kvadrat.

Beosound 2 (2000 EUR), known for its conical shape, but also for its strong 360-degree sound dispersion, has a double body in gold-plated anodized aluminum, manufactured at the Bang & Olufsen aluminum plant in Struer, Denmark .

Beovision Harmony (from 19500 EUR), the Bang & Olufsen premium TV, known for its open mode, has a new aluminum sound center with gold tones, a matching pedestal and a speaker cover, handcrafted from aluminum and veneer open oak. Beovision Harmony comes with a Beoremote One remote control, made from a single piece of golden aluminum.

Bang & Olufsen’s state-of-the-art active speakers, Beolab 50 (from EUR 30,000) and Beolab 90 (from EUR 75,000), feature gold-colored aluminum details, sand-colored fabrics and hand-crafted light oak accents.

Customers can purchase, through the Golden Collection, Beosound A1 2nd Generation (250 EUR), which has an aluminum grille with pearl gold shades, a genuine leather strap and an aluminum label with the Bang & Olufsen logo.

For personal listening experiences, consumers can enjoy Beoplay H95 (EUR 800), the brand’s flagship headphones, or third-generation Beoplay E8 (EUR 350), the best-selling wireless headphones in the new luxurious color range. Beoplay H95 features sand-colored leather-wrapped ear cups and a gold-colored aluminum user interface. Beoplay E8 comes in a wireless charging case wrapped in assorted leather, with elegant aluminum details in gold tones.
