US rapper Mo3 was killed in an attack on a highway in Dallas, Texas, according to a police report.
The 28-year-old musician, bourgeois Melvin Noble, drove through his hometown on Wednesday when he was followed and slowed down by a “dark machine”. According to police, a gunman then approached the rapper’s vehicle.
Noble is said to have gotten out of his car to escape from his attacker. There was a shooting, in which Noble and a stranger bystander were shot. Noble succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter. According to the police, it is still unclear why Mo3 was attacked and the perpetrator is still a fugitive.
Mo3 had more than 850,000 Instagram followers and was able to build a huge fan base, especially with his song “Errybody”. Two months ago he released the song “Broken Love” with the great American rap Kevin Gates (34).
Melvin Noble, who has described himself as a former gang member, leaves three children behind.
