Series star Bernd Herzsprung has already commented on the ending. “For me it is strange and very regrettable because it is also a series of successes,” Herzsprung said. “I’m curious to know how the public will take it.” However, he does not yet know the reason for the cancellation.

So far 19 seasons of “For Heaven’s Sake” have been broadcast on TV. This makes a total of 247 episodes and four specials. TV stars like Fritz Wepper, Janina Hartwig, Lars Weström or Emanuela von Frankenberg have been in front of the camera since the first episode. ARD has not yet commented on the news.
