Some MacBook Pro laptops freeze due to the latest macOS update, with no possibility for users to fix the problem.
A new problem caused by the American company’s software has been reported on Apple’s social networks and forums, this time affected by some MacBook Pro laptops.
Some users complain that the laptop freezes on a black screen when installing Big Sur, the latest version of macOS. Users themselves say that none of the traditional methods of solving this type of problem work.

Apparently, the most affected are the 13-inch MacBook Pro laptops purchased between late 2013 and mid-2014.
There are no official reactions or solutions yet.
Big Sur encountered several issues at launch, the most notable of which involved checking laptops for malware before installing the operating system.
This feature, combined with the large number of installations, made it difficult for Apple’s servers, which in turn slowed down the installation and operation of the operating system.
