Apple Launches iPhone 11 Replacement Program – You Must Know
Due to a hardware problem, the manufacturer is offering a “small percentage” of its best-selling iPhone a free repair.
If an iPhone 11’s touch screen does not respond to touch as usual, the owner may be entitled to a free replacement or repair.
The manufacturer writes:
“Apple found that a small percentage of the iPhone 11 displays may become unresponsive to touch due to a problem with the display module. The affected devices were produced between November 2019 and May 2020. “
