AMD Ryzen Master 2.6.0.1692: Monitoring tool receives support for Ryzen 5000

With Ryzen Master in version 2.6.0.1692, AMD is making its diagnostic and monitoring tool ready for Ryzen 5000 (test) based on the Zen 3 architecture. Ryzen 9 5950X, 5900X, Ryzen 7 5800X and Ryzen 5 5600X have beaten Intel Core in the test, everywhere and now also occupy the first position when it comes to games.

AMD’s new “CPU Hammer” were able to convince in testing across the board and are reminiscent of the manufacturer’s golden days when the K8 architecture-based AMD Athlon 64 (“Hammer”) recently took the lead in the CPU segment could. With Zen 3, the manufacturer is now building on those times.

With Ryzen Master 2.6.0.1692, AMD is now providing its four Zen 3 CPUs with a version of its system tool that has been adapted to the new microarchitecture.

Even though AMD itself requires an X570 chipset, installing on a motherboard with a B550 (test) worked without problems. AMD expressly recommends uninstalling any previous version on your system.

This version can be installed on top of an existing version of Ryzen Master, but it is recommended to uninstall the previous version before installing 2.6.0.1692.
