V.several Amazon UK customers who were (eagerly) awaiting delivery of their PlayStation 5 were deceived when they realized that, inside the order, there were bags of rice, cat food and even elements massage, instead of the game console, which costs between 399 and 499 euros.
Metro reports that the cases have occurred in the UK, to several customers of the sales platform, in orders delivered this Thursday and Friday.
On Twitter, many customers report the situation. In addition to the exchange of items, some have received notifications that the delivery has occurred, when it had never been made.
In response to the wave of complaints, Amazon UK released a statement in which, in addition to revealing that it is investigating the case, it asked all victims of the theft to contact customer service.
Remember that PlayStation 5 is currently out of stock in many countries, including Portugal.
