The British aid worker who survived Covid, dengue fever and malaria also survived a cobra bite in the western Indian state of Rajasthan, the doctor who treated him said.
Ian Jones was bitten by an Indian cobra and hospitalized in Jodhpur, about 350km from the regional capital Jaipur.
“Jones came to see us last week after a snake bite. He was initially suspected of being positive for Covid-19 as well (for the second time) but tested negative for it,” the doctor told AFP Saturday. , Dr Abhishek Tater, who treated him.
