Abel Ferreira made his Palmeiras debut with a win, beating Bragantino 1-0 this Thursday in the second leg of the Brazilian Cup round of 16. Gabriel Verón scored the only goal of the match at Allianz Park Stadium in the 30th minute.
In the first leg Palmeiras had already won (3-1) and now awaits the draw for the quarter-finals, which are also São Paulo, Flamengo, Internacional, Grêmio, Ceará, América-MG or Cuiabá.
