A UI 2.5 also arrives on Samsung Galaxy Note 9 phones in Romania, bundled with DeX wireless

It has been more than two weeks since the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 update to One UI 2.5 version began and now it reaches users’ phones in Romania. I just received it a few hours ago and find that it is a generous size update (820MB) and that in addition to the new features added, we also receive the security patch for October 2020.

One of the biggest news Samsung brings here is Samsung DeX wireless support, so you can turn your TV into a secondary desktop screen via Wi-Fi. The connection process is very fast and the phone screen becomes a touchpad to interact with the icons displayed in the desktop interface on the large screen.

It is recommended to connect both the phone and the TV to the 5 GHz WiFi network. Samsung also recommends the use of Samsung Smart TVs launched after 2019. You can also use the option Zoom the screen here and even adjust the font size displayed on the TV in DeX mode, depending on your preference.
