A medical study reveals “the most dangerous foods” for heart health

A recent medical study revealed that foods that contain high levels of antioxidants and vitamins greatly help control the body’s response to inflammation and reduce the risk of heart disease.

The researcher, John Lee, indicated that this study is unique, despite the presence of much medical research on the effects of eating habits on health.

He explained that this study is unique, because it didn’t focus on just one food group, but rather included 18 food groups, and the goal was to find out the level of inflammation that results from each group separately.

The study reported that inflammation increased significantly in people who eat a lot of meat or processed meat, refined grains, and sugary drinks, including drinks that are said to target those on the diet.

The foods that cause the lowest level of inflammation are green leafy vegetables, fruit, whole grains, tea, and coffee.
