According to data published by Santé Publique France on Tuesday evening 1 December, the number of deaths related to the coronavirus has again increased in the Dordogne. A 38th person has died from the disease in hospital, a figure established since the outbreak began in March.
The department remains above the alert threshold with an incidence rate of 64.4 per 100,000 inhabitants. The decline continues in hospital wards where 71 people remain hospitalized.
