CNBC's Crypto Trader program host, Ran NeuNer, has been a very severe critic for XRP, but has now predicted that this rate will be Friday's first place for market capitalization.
Yesterday, November 19, 2018 was probably the worst day for Bitcoin and the rest of the market throughout the year, as Bitcoin dropped below the key resistance level of $ 5,000 for the first time since October 2017. Ether and Bitcoin Cash have lost around 14% and over 40% respectively in the last 24 hours and the rest of the big cryptocurrencies do not seem to be doing much better.
However, as reported by CryptoGlobe, there was a ray of hope, an important cryptography seemed to remain relatively stable and strong, XRP. The token is the second largest cryptocurrency in the world at the time of writing, after it passed Ethereum last week. There seems to be no sign that Ethereum is about to withdraw the silver medal.

The guest of the CNBC Crypto Trader show was one of the harshest critics of the XRP and during the mid-May of this year appeared as a guest of the show Fast Money, also hosted by the CNBC , where NeuNer recommended selling XRP by saying:
"I'm throwing it in the trash … I can not find a use case for the token … I'm out."
However, over the last six months he seems to have learned a lot more about Ripple and XRP. This could be due to conversations with Ripple employees such as Chief Technology Officer David Schwartz and famous XRP fans such as Michael Arrington, the co-founder of the digital asset management company Arrington XRP Capital. NeuNer seems to have changed his opinions because his hatred of XRP has slowly but surely turned into love.
Over the weekend, NeuNer turned to Twitter to make a comment that was probably just a joke, but now it seems it may have been one of the best cryptographic tips the analyst has ever given.
"These hash wars highlight why everyone should download BTC and BCH and just put all their money in XRP!"
In another subsequent tweet, he said he believes that XRP will reach the first place by Friday:
