IPhone vulnerabilities may occur from time to time. Vulnerabilities on the iOS side are usually closed by Apple with the next iOS update. This vulnerability was revealed by software developer Ian Beer, who worked on the Google Project Zero team. The vulnerability in question was based on the Apple Wireless Direct Link (AWDL) protocol, which allows iOS devices to easily connect to each other. Beer has shared it in many places. Now, Beer has shared a video showing what caused the vulnerability he revealed.

Ian Beer was able to turn 26 iPhones on and off at the same time with a single button in the video he uploaded. In other words, the phone checks have passed to Beer. For this, the developer used a Raspberry Pi and several Wi-Fi adapters. The phones, on the other hand, were connected to the main point of vulnerability, Wi-Fi.

IS THERE DANGER FOR IPHONES?

Apple fixed the vulnerability with the iOS 13.5 update. In other words, there is no such danger for phones updated with iOS 13.5 and above. However, it is rather surprising that 26 phones can be controlled simultaneously thanks to the opening.
