Windows 10 October 2020 Cumulative Update 19042.662 is released

The latest cumulative update of the year comes to Windows 10 in its 20H2 version or October 2020 update. Many bug fixes and improvements to keep improving Windows 10. We will know everything that has been fixed.

• Addresses an issue that prevents access to Azure Active Directory (AD) using the Google Chrome browser due to a conditional access policy bug.
  Improves the visual quality of Windows Mixed Reality headsets running in lower resolution mode.
  Support for Microsoft Defender for Endpoints has been extended to new regions.
• Enabled a new hardware-enforced stack protection feature called shadow stack on supported hardware. This update allows applications to opt for user-mode shadow stack protection, which helps enforce the integrity of the backward edge control flow and prevent bounce-oriented programming-based attacks.
• Addresses an issue in the Microsoft Remote Procedure Call (RPC) runtime that causes the Distributed File System Replication (DFSR) service to stop responding. This problem generates log events for DFS Replication (5014), RPC (1726), and No Reconnection (5004) for a default timeout of 24 hours without replication.
