Surely they remember the Tile or the Lapa, whose mission is to locate lost objects. They are small physical pieces accompanied by applications that can be installed on smartphones. Together, these gadgets are useful for carrying in your wallet, keychain, backpack and many other things we use. Samsung also appears to be developing these trackers.
If you are one of those people who forget things easily, then these trackers will be something you will want to have.
Samsung could prepare the Galaxy Smart Tag
Tile will be one of the most popular companies for the development of these tracking devices. A small piece of equipment has sensors and antennas that use bluetooth to reveal its location and that of the object it is holding.
More recently, Apple has also started moving in this segment and a lot has been said in the AirTags. So naturally, Samsung seems to be developing its device too.
According to a document revealed a few days ago, a new product with the name Galaxy Smart Tag and with the model number EI-T5300 it has been certified by Indonesia Telecom Certification.

However, this isn’t the first time the company has worked on such a product. Samsung launched an LTE support locator under the SmartThings brand two years ago.
Smart Object Locators
If we look inside what the company has already launched, the most logical step is to implement this technology in a device of this type, using the SmartThings Find service.
As we have seen, the smart object finders are equipped with Bluetooth connectivity. However, it is perfectly possible that Samsung could add more connectivity features, such as UWB (ultra broadband), LTE and GPS capability to its next tracker, especially since the company had already launched a tracker with LTE and GPS integrated in 2018.
Therefore, 2021 may actually have fewer forgotten “things”, with more location technology added to objects.
