Fox seeks joint custody of the three children they have, Noah Shannon (8), Bodhi Ransom (6) and Journey River (4) and says they don’t want to pay or receive alimony. Green is said to have consented to most of the requests so far. However, she said she still wants to discuss maintaining a spouse.
