Cereals, not so “healthy”

Michel Cymes reminds RTL listeners: the more elaborate it is, the less good it is for healthin addition, the doctor reminds that cereals significantly increase the glycemic index:

So what to choose in the morning?

Michel Cymes recommends the muesli made from cereal flakes, on the shelves of products “without added sugar”.

You can also let yourself be tempted by salty and protein breakfasts, with eggs or cheese.
