How to activate and use the revamped Chrome PDF reader

As a standard and widely used format, PDFs have earned a special place in browsers. It is, most likely, one of the most used ways to share documents on the Internet and that means they have built-in readers.

Chrome since its launch has a solution that doesn’t require any other apps to open them. Now, this PDF reader has been improved and is ready to use. Here’s how to activate and use Chrome’s redesigned PDF reader.

A new PDF reader in Chrome
While available, Chrome's PDF reader was very basic.  It did not allow many of the features that we already find in the simpler apps dedicated to this purpose.  We are talking about something as simple as having access to the index or thumbnails.
So Google has improved what Chrome offers and now offers some of the long-awaited features.  Although they are present, they must be activated before they can be used, as with many new features.

Activating this enhancement is very simple
Therefore, log in chrome: // flagthen enter your text in the search box PDF viewer update.  They have to change the current option of Default    for To enable.  After this change, they have to restart the browser by pressing the button Relaunch.
When the browser opens again, they can immediately start using the new PDF reader in Chrome.  Whichever PDF you choose, it will now have a number of new features, in addition to those known and used.

We immediately have access to the thumbnails or the chapter index, but there are more.  We also have the ability to enlarge, rotate PDFs or fit them on a page per screen.  Of course, all these elements can disappear and the PDF will take up the entire screen.
Activate this new feature, which comes with the latest Chrome update, and discover everything Google has created.  It's a major improvement and brings even more functionality to this browser, this time in PDFs and their reading.
