The site tells you when you can see a Starlink satellite in your region

Starlink is the Internet created by SpaceX, Elon Musk’s company, with the aim of bringing the connection to the most remote areas of the planet. The project therefore has 800 satellites already launched into Earth orbit, but the goal is to reach 30 thousand.

In this way, there are then hundreds of Starlink satellites hovering overhead. And now the FindStarlink website that tells you when you can see one of these satellites from your region.

Have you ever imagined being on your balcony, quiet and, suddenly, something unknown appears in the sky?  Well, it could be one of the 800 Starlink satellites ever launched, Elon Musk's Internet.
But how can we know this information?  The answer is on the FindStarlink website.
FindStarlink tells you when you can see a satellite in your area
Starlink's satellites reflect some of the sunlight towards our planet and thus allow them to be visible to the naked eye.  That is, depending on our region, the satellite can easily be detected in the night sky.
But this task has now been made easier by the creation of the website FindStarlink. Then log into the site here and choose your region or define the coordinates.  Not all regions are available, but you can pick one that's relatively close to you and hope to get lucky.

After choosing your region, click the "Find visible times" button.  So there will be different dates and times when the Starlink satellites will be most visible.  The list also gives an indication of when there will be better visibility and even less visibility.
For example, we chose the Coimbra area and found that today at 6.15pm was a time with good visibility to see a Starlink satellite.  The next appointment will be tomorrow, November 23, at 6:29 am.

The times shown may not be 100% accurate, as the orbit of the satellites is changed frequently.  However, the success rate is generally good.
The website also tells you which direction to look at the sky to see the Starlink satellite, as well as the altitude.
Furthermore, the same site shows a map of the planet with satellite routes at that precise moment.  To access this feature, click on the "Live Map" option.

FindStarlink is accessible and available for free and is also available in mobile versions for Android and iOS.  It was created by game developer Shashank Shekhar and has no official relationship with SpaceX.
