For his part, the managing director of “Regeneron” said that this treatment is an important step in the control of “Corona”, noting that it will allow high-risk patients to get promising treatment at an early date.

This step came after it was shown that the “Regeneron” treatment, called (Regen-Cove-2), reduces the incidence of infections requiring hospitalization or first aid, especially for people with secondary illnesses or “comorbidities” .

President Donald Trump received drug treatment last October and was very proud of it after recovering from the disease.

The “Regeneron” antibody treatment is the second synthetic antibody treatment to obtain “an urgent use license” from the US Food and Drug Administration, after it had previously granted its approval to use a similar treatment developed by the US company Eli Lilly to November.
