Shure also likes wired headphones and fans of the brand, but the iconic high-end audio brand has embraced the already essential Bluetooth devices with the launch in Portugal of the AONIC range, with the Shure AONIC 50 and Shure AONIC 250.
These devices now arrive in Portugal focused on the consumer market, mobilizing the brand’s entire experience in professional audio, but had already been revealed at CES in Las Vegas in January. The wait has been long, but it will be worth it.
The Shure AONIC 50 are Shure’s first Bluetooth headphones with active noise cancellation, which allows you to actively isolate ambient noise, but also to adjust the level of cancellation for those who can’t help but hear their surroundings.
The AONIC 50s have Bluetooth 5.0 and are compatible with the main audio codecs, but for those who realize that wired is that the sound has all its potential, it also allows listening via cable. This battery has up to 20 hours, which is frankly characteristic!
Now, in addition to the AONIC 50s, Shure has launched true wireless earbuds in the form of the AONIC 215s, with Bluetooth 5.0 and an autonomy of 8 hours, for a total of 32 hours with the case. Here, too, Shure hasn’t left out the wire lovers: with True Wireless with True Fit it is possible to transform this and other Shure models into connected earphones.
“The modular design of this product allows users to turn True Wireless AONIC 215 into wired headphones in seconds, without having to purchase a second pair of headphones to access any of the other technologies,” explained Matt Engstrom, Director of Global. Shure Product Management. “If you want to go from listening wirelessly on your phone to connecting via cable to a laptop for a video call, you just need to press a button, and you will have the same high quality audio performance.”
Finally, the ShurePlus Play app lets you adjust noise cancellation levels, as well as play high-resolution audio to make the most of Shure.
