Alexander Zverev missed his third consecutive semi-final in the ATP finals. The German number one was defeated by world number one Novak Djokovic 3: 6, 6: 7 (4: 7) and finished third only in the preliminary round “Tokyo 1970”.
Djokovic, who has already won the tournament five times, has secured second place and will meet Austrian US Open champion Dominic Thiem on Saturday.
