Shy singer with a beautiful voice against the expert furious pig – this battle couldn’t have been more unequal at first sight! But both talents had to struggle with their coaches’ choice of songs. Because until now, soft tones haven’t exactly been a cowboy’s workhorse. Douglas in the battle song: “This song is not one hundred percent in my comfort zone.”
Claudia also quarreled with the song – but mostly with herself, doubting during rehearsals: “The song is too big for me, I can’t do it!”
Test panic before the show – Samu (44) and Rea as shepherds! In order for the battle to go well, the coaches had to encourage Claudia in particular. And SamuRea’s boost in self-confidence seemed to work wonders!

With their own version of the song, Claudia and Douglas not only gave the coaches goosebumps, but also confused SamuRea. Garvey’s Battle Conclusion: “We can’t make this decision without making a mistake!” What he meant: This performance was so strong that both talents actually belong to the Sing Offs!
Panic talents make coaches casual – tough decision for the double-seated team! The other coaches also agreed: no one wanted to make this decision!
Unfortunately, it was of no use to Samu and Rea, and so they made their decision: Performance pro Douglas should compete in Sing Offs for their team.
The battle for Claudia? Fortunately no! Comeback coach Michael Schulte (30) was already waiting behind the stage to bring her to his team via a theft contract – and thus to make up for SamuRea’s mistake.
