The speed at which Microsoft is improving Teams is overwhelming. The importance of this tool has grown exponentially and there is no time to waste if you want to lead the succulent business communication market. Today, the guys from Microsoft announce the arrival of polls in team meetings, a feature that will help to enhance these spaces even more.
The polls exploded in Team
By integrating this functionality, meeting participants will be able to do so create polls before each Teams meeting. These will be located somewhere under a tab during the meeting. In addition, during the meeting, attendees will be able to create polls that can be answered from any platform (mobile, desktop or web application).
Once the poll is published, it will appear as a pop-up window on participant screens and in group chat. This ensures that everyone responds to surveys. Survey creators will be able to configure it by adding the ability to anonymous replies. They will also have the option to close it to no longer accept responses. Besides, everything Participants will be able to see the results in real time and those who have not answered can do so after the meeting if the survey has not yet been closed.
As announced by Microsoft, Teams polls, powered by Microsoft Forms, will be available through the following plans: Microsoft 365 for Enterprise, Business, Education and Frontline Workers, as well as the Office 365 for Business plan.
